Linda Morgan's interest in comedy was spawned in elementary school when she hoped writing funny would distract the nuns from her bad penmanship. As an adult she exercised her comedic license to better effect writing and performing stand-up in NYC & New England for over 20 years, as well as writing and producing a sketch comedy series for community access television. Her one-act comedy Gift Wrapped was produced in New Haven and her one-act B&B placed first in the Waterbury Playreaders annual playwriting competition. She recently performed (and wrote some of her dialogue for) the role of Mrs. Collins in Burial Boys, a feature-length comedy that won Funniest Flick and Best CT Flick in the Silk City Flick Fest. Her true story "Signs & Blunders" will appear in the soon-to-be-published Woe of the Road.
